Being founded by the Start-Up Drinks Lab, we have seen first-hand how many innovative products have been coming out of Scotland recently, and are fearful at what affect these unprecedented times might have.

The premium craft gin has been handcrafted with love in a small distillery in Glasgow. It is a lovely fruity gin with a subtle spice. Naturally coloured and flavoured using Scottish brambles - watch it change colour when mixer is added. Lovely served with Tonic or Ginger Ale and garnished with a slice of Orange (or try with Sparklingly Sober Nomosa ).
This magical, mystical premium craft gin, handcrafted with Love in a small distillery in Glasgow, uses the Asian Butterfly pea botanical. It gives Ellis Gin No.3 - this very vibrant blue colour and a lovely herby taste. When mixed with tonic (or another carbonated mixer) the gin will naturally change to an eye-catching lilac colour. Serve with Elderflower tonic and some blueberries to garnish (or try it with Sparkingly Sober Nose)
Ellis Pink Shimmer Gin is handcrafted with love in a small distillery in Glasgow. We combine traditional botanicals including juniper, citrus peel, coriander, angelica and orris root with a strawberry syrup for a sweet, baby pink gin. When you give the bottle a little shake the gold shimmer comes alive. So Pretty - serve with Pink Lemonade or tonic and garnish with Strawberries (or try it with Sparkingly Sober Nose)

Matured and spiced in Glasgow, Banditti Club is made using rum distilled from freshly pressed sugar cane juice on the Island of Madeira. Aged for up to 12 months in oak casks, the rum is spiced with a selection of fresh tropical fruit and exotic spices, including pineapple, orange, cacao and allspice.
Old Tom stays true to the classic combination of sweetened gin and exotic botanicals, while using modern methods to extract more refined flavours. A classic juniper base is lifted by tropical notes of passion fruit, guava and white tea, which are cold-distilled to retain their juicy freshness!
A classic london dry gin elevated by cold-distilled buddha’s hand citron. Exceptionally well balanced, juniper-led gin with a clean and smooth citrus profile that is designed for aperitifs, long drinks and refreshing highballs.
Feragaia is a Scottish spirit marrying 14 botanicals including seaweed, bay leaf and chamomile. Before bottling, it's then blended with Scottish water, with the resulting tipple balancing earthy and spicy notes. Feragaia means ‘wild earth’, taken from Fera in Latin meaning ‘wild’, and ‘Gaia’ in Greek mythology translating to ‘earth’.
