Traditionally the brunch cocktail, a mimosa is a chilled orange champagne cocktail.
A mimosa is typically served in a champagne flute with a 1:1 ratio of orange juice to champagne.
- 60ml of your favourite non-alcoholic gin
- 1 cup of ice cubes
- 120ml Nomosa
- A handful of raspberries to garnish
Fill a gin glass with ice, pour over the gin and add nomosa. Stir well and garnish with raspberries.Sit back and sip away!
