Pink in colour, rosé wine can be still, sparkling, sweet or dry. It's traditionally made from skin contact with red grapes and flavours can range from citrus zest, cherry and honeydew melon to rhubarb.
- ½ cup of crushed ice
- 150 Nosé
- 50ml ginger ale
- Garnish with rhubarb, mint or ginger bitters
Add ice to a tumbler or copper mug and pour over the Nosé.
Fill the glass with ginger ale and garnish with rhubarb and mint. Savour the kick of this cocktail!
